Mary C. Baldwin joined Brassel & Baldwin, P.A. in 1990 and became a partner in the firm in 2001.  Since 2005, she has been Of Counsel to the firm.  She practices in the area of family law, including divorce, division of property, alimony, custody, visitation, and child support.  The scope of representation includes counseling, negotiating, litigation, and appellate practice.

She was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 1994.  She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.  She is a member of the American Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association.  She serves on the Anne Arundel County Bar Family Law Committee.

Mrs. Baldwin graduated from Princeton University in 1972 Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1988.
